Q: Who will be running/directing "A-Z Musical Revue:
Pop Icons"?
A: The "A-Z Musical Revue: Pop Icons" is one of two debut fabrications for Live Wire Productions. However,
two specific board members, Laura Olson and Jeffrey Kramer will be auditioning, casting, and organizing
this particular event.
Q: What will be the approximate schedule for rehearsals?
A: Fortunately, LWP is geared towards performers who may not have an incredibly open schedule due to
prior commitments. Therefore, once the cast is decided, the rehearsal schedule will be made to accomodate individual needs.
Q: If I audition for one revue, do I have to audition for the other?
A: No performer has to be in both revues, but we would certainly love as many people to audition for both
as possible! Rehearsals for the musical and contemporary revues will be held on the same day, so participating in both will
not take twice the time.
A: The two shows will not be held on the same night. Broadway A-Z will be held on August 12th and 13th at
Ashland High School in Ashland, Massachusetts, and A-Z Musical Revue: Pop Icons will be held on August 19th and 20th at Grace
and Truth Chapel in Marlboro, Massachusetts. (Please note that while the show will be held at a church, the show has no affiliation
with Grace and Truth Chapel or religion in general)
Q: Why is it called an "A-Z" revue?
A: The
“A-Z” concept is followed through by making the program with the first letter of the artists’ names correspond
with a letter of the alphabet. (Example: A – Abba, B – Britney Spears, C – Christina Aguilera, etc.)
Q: What kind of artists/songs can I expect to see
in the revue?
A: Please visit our Sample Program page for an example of the expected lineup of songs. Please note that all songs are tentative and subject to
change!
