Laura Olson is an 18-year-old high school graduate from Ashland,
Massachusetts. While helping her sister (and founder of Live Wire Productions) brainstorm ideas for the "A-Z Musical
Revue", Laura came up with the idea for an additional contemporary/pop-based revue to attract more auditioners and audience
members. Being aware of the immense possibilities of the pop music world, Laura enlisted the help of her best friend, Jeffrey
Kramer (with whom she ran a teenage performance company in 2000-2002) to help choose songs, choreograph, and overall manage
the revue. In addition to co-founding The Spotlight Stars in 2000 with Kramer, Laura has been performing since age
4, and has appeared over 80 times in plays, musicals, choruses, revues, one-acts, and with a local rock band. She also worked
on the board of Triple Threat Productions with her sister, Kate from 2000-2002. Laura is excited for co-directing, co-producing,
and performing in both musical revues this summer, and will be attending Castleton University in the fall.
